Councilman Leiter reported
that she did check various locations for junk vehicles. From her viewpoint all vehicles looked
legal.
Mr. and Mrs. Clement
reasoned that the Village’s junk vehicle ordinance needs to be revised. They feel that surrounding properties are
affecting the worth of their property.
Councilman Good proposed investigating ordinances of the surrounding
villages. Registered letters will be
sent to the following people in hopes of getting the village to look more
presentable: Tim Burnett, Jerry Foust,
Jerry Koenig, Vernon Hobbs, Linda Collins, and Pat Jutte.

Mayor Ruen reported that the
Ohio Hybrid Car and Clean Fuels Day will be on Tuesday, March 1st.
Mayor Ruen also summarized a
letter from Sprint. The letter stated
that Sprint is offering pay phones for locations that are in need of such.
Clerk/treasurer Jenny Pugh
asked the council to sign a user agreement from the Uniform Accounting Network
that will hold the village responsible to pay a $50 per month user fee for the
system. Paul Price moved to sign the
agreement. Charlie Good seconded the
