Village of Venedocia
Venedocia Lions Club February 5, 2007
Meeting was called to order
by Mayor Doug Ruen with council members Robert Louth, Paul Price, Gloria
Leiter, Jeff Coil, Charlie Good, and Lee Lare present.
The minutes of the previous
meeting were read, corrected, and approved.
The bills were presented as
follows:
AEP (Christmas lights) $321.71 (#4186)
BWC $108.88 (#4187)
Purmort Brothers Insurance $100.00 (#4188)
AEP (town storage building) $13.78 (#4189)
Brown Publishing $18.00 (#4190)
Jenny Pugh $220.85 (#4191)
OPERS $58.38 (#4192)
Mill Pond Farms, Inc. $148.50 (#4193)
Paul Price moved to pay all
bills. Robert Louth seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
Mayor Ruen reported that he
is still working on the village salary survey.
On another note, Mayor Ruen
stated that he had contacted AEP about the various street lights that were not
working in the village.
New Business
Various up-coming meetings
were put forth for attendance:
Van Wert County Health Department- March 5, 2007
Lincolnview Schools groundbreaking ceremony- April 5th
at 1:00 p.m.
Economic Development Advisory Group- February 16, 2007
Jenny Pugh spoke to the
council about the up-coming audit. E.S.
Evans and Company from Lima, Ohio will be conducting the Village audit this
year at a cost of approximately $5430.00.
Jeff Coil moved to adjourn
the meeting. Meeting adjourned.
