New Business
There have been numerous
undesirable animal and rodent issues in the Village lately. Many of these originate from abandoned or unkempt
buildings. As a side note, violators of
the Village junk ordinance will be sent a letter requesting that their property
be cleaned up as soon as possible.
There was a discussion about a few decrepit structures in the Village
that need to be torn down. The question
was raised if the Ohio Revised Code covered such situations.
Lee Lare moved to pay the
Youth Group of the Salem Presbyterian Church $400.00 to clean the village
street on May 5th, 2007.
Jeff Coil seconded the motion.
