Venedocia Lions Club July 2, 2007

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Doug Ruen with council members Lee Lare, Robert Louth, Paul Price, Charlie Good, Jeff Coil, and Gloria Leiter in attendance.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Robert Louth moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Van Wert County Engineer Kyle Wendel contacted Mayor Ruen about doing street and alley work in the village. It should be started by the end of the summer.

Jenny Pugh reported that there was some money available to help with the purchase of new playground equipment, but the exact amount is not clear yet. She will continue to look into this matter.

New Business

Clerk/treasurer Pugh shared the budget report. Paul Price moved to accept the budget as prepared. Lee Lare seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken:

Lee Lare-yes, Robert Louth-yes, Gloria Leiter-yes, Paul Price-yes, Jeff Coil-yes, Charlie Good-yes. Motion carried.

Jeff Coil moved for adjournment. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion.
