Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club September 8, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Paul Price, Charlie Good, Jeff Coil, and Lee Lare.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Gloria Leiter updated the council on the progress of the vacated alley/Young Street topic. We are awaiting information from the Village Solicitor to record an Ohio Revised Code number on the ordinance. Also a house number needs to be designated on the ordinance.

Jeff Coil reported that the County will attend to constructing a catch basin in front of the residence of Gloria Leiter when they have time.

Jeff Coil moved to have Tim Young weld the broken grate on the catch basin in front of the Rod Eutsler residence. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The alleys and approaches estimates are still being sought.

As there was no new business, Paul Price moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.

Next meeting will be October 6, 2008.
