Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club October 23, 2008

This special meeting was called to order by President of Council, Robert Louth. The following council members were present: Paul Price, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, and Jeff Coil.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Old Business

Jeff Coil distributed a copy of a quote obtained from Asphalt Tech Paving Company. from Lima, Ohio. After discussion of the various locations and estimates for each location, Paul Price moved to accept the bid with the following three locations to be deleted from the job list:

15142 Main Street

15312 Main Street

15155 Main Street

Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Lee Lare moved to shift money within the Street Maintenance and State Highway funds to cover expenses for the aforementioned asphalt project. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Jeff Coil moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.

Next meeting will be November 3, 2008
