Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club November 3, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Paul Price, Jeff Coil, Robert Louth, Gloria Leiter, and Charlie Good.

The minutes of the previous special meeting were read and approved.

Councilman Lare entered the meeting.

The bills were presented as follows:

Jenny Pugh $344.04 (#4429)

Jenny Pugh $50.00 (#4430)

AEP-street lights $204.79 (charge)

AEP-town storage $13.26 (charge)

OPERS $93.96 (voucher)

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Jeff Coil seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Councilman Coil reported that the alley approach work will begin tomorrow. Alley will continue to be reconstructed as weather permits.

Gloria Leiter moved to allow Jenny Pugh to purchase the replaced village computer for $100. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mayor Eutsler stated that a list of those residents violating the junk/abandoned vehicle ordinance is still being compiled.

New Business

After a brief discussion, it was decided to ask Chad Eutsler to clean the leaves for the village.

Charlie Good moved to secure Tom Evans to once again remove snow for the village. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Paul Price moved for adjournment.

The next meeting will be on December 1, 2008.
