New Business
Mayor Eutsler shared that in 1932 Spencerville Schools signed off a deed for two acres of land (currently the ball diamond and surrounding area). The deed for one acre was finished, but the other acre was not. A search for the other deed is needed. Upon realization of this issue, Spencerville Schools has forwarded the Watershed and Ditch Maintenance fee on to the Village. Lee Lare moved to pay the maintenance fee. Jeff Coil seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Charlie Good noted that he reported the Young Street addition in the recent census he completed.
A discussion was held concerning the need for new stop signs in the alleys and a new flag on the town property.
Paul Price moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.
Next meeting will be March 2, 2009.
