Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club July 13, 2009

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Eutsler with the following council members present: Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Jeff Coil, Charlie Good, Paul Price, and Robert Louth.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

No bills were presented at this time.

Old Business

Jenny Pugh shared the revised 2010 budget. Paul Price moved to accept the budget. Jeff Coil seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with the following results:

Coil-yes Price-yes Louth-yes Lare-yes Leiter-yes Good-yes

Motion carried.

The next meeting will by August 3, 2009.
