Venedocia Lions Club December 3, 2009

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Robert Louth, Jeff Coil, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Charlie Good, and Paul Price.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Robert Louth moved to pay all bills. Jeff Coil seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

There was no old business to report.

New Business

Lee Lare made a motion to appoint Jenny Pugh for the position of fiscal officer for the year 2010. Paul Price seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken. Each member indicated a “yes” vote. Motion carried.

It was decided that the regular meeting day will be changed from the first Monday to the first Thursday of each month. Robert Louth moved for this change. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried. The first meeting for 2010 will now be on Thursday, January, 7^th at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Eutsler extended his appreciation to Jeff Coil for his service and work concerning the village over the past four years.

Jeff Coil moved for adjournment.
