Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club March 4, 2010

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Charlie Good, Lee Lare, Robert Louth, Paul Price, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Notary Public, Cindy Davis, notarized the oaths of office for the following council members: Paul Price, Lee Lare, and Christina Young.

Lee Lare moved to return the monthly council meetings to the first Monday of each month. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried. The following dates will be designated at regular meeting nights: April 5, May 3, June 7, July 5, August 2, September 13, October 4, November 1, and December 6.

New Business

Paul Price moved to contact Rod Eutsler about mowing for the upcoming season. Charlie Good seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Lee Lare moved to contact Kim Coil to mow the town lot. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Robert Louth moved for adjournment.
