Old Business
Council member Leiter reported that, village property owner, Sue Linedecker is currently on a list to receive a grant to get a new septic system. No one from the County Health Department has returned Leiter’s call.
On another matter, Leiter shared that she was told by Attorney Scott Gordon that the village lot must have a survey done before any transaction can take place. Warren Foy was seen surveying the lot. A legal description of the lot will be completed by Foy and copies will be sent to the village and Gordon. The cost of the survey is not known. According to Foy, there is a discrepancy in the boundaries lines that currently exist on the Kimmet lot and village lot. Until the survey is complete, the land sale will be placed on hold.
Charlie Good moved to allow Sarah Kimmet to put a garden in between her house and the town lot. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Leiter and Young have compiled a list of residents that have excessive junk on their properties. This list will be revisited at a later date.
New Business
Kimmet spoke about the pirate ship at the park needing attention. There are rusty screws sticking out that pose a safety issue.
Robert Louth moved to adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
The next meeting will be Monday, June 7th.
