Old Business
The survey for lots #38 and #37 was completed by Foy. Charlie Good moved for the village to sell Sarah and Jason Kimmet 15 feet of the south edge of the village lot for $1.00 plus one half of all survey and attorney fees incurred in this transaction. Christina Young seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with a unanimous ‘yes’ vote.
Charlie Good moved to appoint the Mayor to have the authority to execute the deed with the attorney. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Village residents in attendance brought forth their concern regarding recent letters that had been hand delivered in the village. Their complaints were: some residents did not receive letters, some letters were mailed, some hand delivered, some had certain parts highlighted. Mayor Eutsler and the council assured the residents that all members of the village were to get these letters, none of the council or administration had anything to do with the deliverance or highlighting of the letters, and the intent was to fix the problem of kids running around past curfew which in turn causes numerous dogs to bark. He emphasized that the letters did not say that people could not walk their dogs.
New Business
There was no new business at this time.
The next meeting will be on September 13th due to the Labor Day holiday.
Paul Price moved to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned.
