Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club October 4, 2010

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Paul Price, Robert Louth, Charlie Good, and Gloria Leiter.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

There was no old business to report at this time.

New Business

Jenny Pugh shared that the Village had received a share of an estate tax distribution. This was good news for the village.

The mayor indicated that new flags need to be placed on both the pole at the park and the town lot. Louth will take care of this.

Gloria Leiter moved to have trick-or-treat in the village on Saturday, October 30^th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. with a costume judging contest to be held at the Lions Club at 8:00 p.m.
