Venedocia Lions Club December 6, 2010

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Robert Louth, Paul Price, Charlie Good, Gloria Leiter, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Leiter reported that the game warden stated that the exotic cat, a lynx, did not need to be licensed.

New Business

Charlie Good moved to appoint Jenny Pugh as the fiscal officer for the village for the year 2011. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.
