Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club April 4, 2011

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Charlie Good, Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Paul Price, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous were read, corrected, and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Ohio Municipal League $234.00 (#4629)

Jennifer Pugh $285.71 (#4630)

AEP $253.15 (charge)

AEP $15.07 (charge)

OPERS $78.02 (voucher)

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

The fiscal officer reported that the Jason and Sarah Kimmet land transaction was complete.

An estimate on the sidewalk in front of Brent Price’s house is forthcoming.

The fiscal officer stated that the Auditor of State did approve the reduction in audit costs for the next audit.

It was noted that, in case of bad weather, there are numerous village residents that have keys to unlock the church basement.

New Business

It was noted that the position of lawn maintenance needs filled for the season. Paul Price will ask Tim Price if he is again interested this year.

Robert Louth moved for adjournment.
