Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club July 28, 2011

The special meeting was called order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Robert Louth, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Paul Price, Charlie Good, and Christina Young.

New Business

Jenny Pugh read the Resolution to Proceed with Declaring it Necessary to Levy a Tax In Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation. This will be a 1.2 mill renewal tax levy, generating $1,180.00 for each of five years. Lee Lare moved to accept this resolution as prepared. Christina Young seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with a unanimous “Yes” vote. Motion passed.

Robert Louth moved to adjourn.

Meeting adjourned.

Next meeting will be August 1, 2011.
