Venedocia Lions Club December 1, 2011

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Charlie Good, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Paul Price, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

It was reported that the Linedecker septic tank project has been completed.

The mayor is looking into calling the juvenile office for persons needing community service to clean the streets.

New Business

Robert Louth moved to contract Mill Pond Farms, Inc. for snow removal for 2012. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Leiter will call Jill Leatherman to ask if she will give the oaths of office to the two new council members and the mayor at the January meeting.

Christina Young moved to appoint Jenny Pugh as the village fiscal officer for 2012. A roll-call vote was taken, with a unanimous ‘yes’ vote given. Motion passed.

Gloria Leiter moved to make Charlie Good the village webmaster. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion passed. Good noted that the website license was paid through May of 2015.

A discussion was held concerning the date of the January meeting. It was decided that the meeting will be Tuesday, January 10^th at 6:00 p.m.

Charlie Good moved to adjourn the meeting.
