Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club February 6, 2012

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Paul Price, Chad Pugh, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Jennifer Pugh $285.71 (#4698)

Ace Hardware $55.98 (#4699)

AEP $18.75 (charge)

AEP $349.29 (charge)

OPERS $78.02 (voucher)

Lee Lare moved to pay all bills. Chad Pugh seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Councilman Leiter reported that Scott Gordon agreed to be the village solicitor for 2012.

New Business

There was no new business to discuss at this time.

Robert Louth moved for adjournment.

Paul Price seconded the motion.

Motion carried.

The next meeting will by March 5, 2012.
