Venedocia Lions Club December 2, 2013

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Robert Louth, Paul Price, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Margie Clement, and Christina Young.

The minutes from the November meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Mayor Eutsler will go to the court house to sign papers concerning the junk ordinance violators.

The mayor also noted that the street light problems have been reported.

New Business

Paul Price moved to appoint Jenny Pugh for the position of fiscal officer for one year beginning January 1, 2014. Christina Young seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken. A unanimous ‘yes’ vote was given. Motion passed.

Paul Price moved for adjournment.

Lee Lare seconded the motion.

Meeting adjourned.

The next meeting will be January 6, 2014.
