Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club March 3, 2014

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler. The following council members were in attendance: Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, and Tom Emery. Also present was Sarah Smith, Van Wert County Business Outreach Coordinator.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Scott R. Gordon $540.00 (#4895)

Jennifer Pugh $285.90 (#4896)

State of OH taxes $5.67 (#4897)

Mill Pond Farms, Inc. $1050.00 (#4898)

AEP $312.50 (voucher)

OPERS $78.00 (voucher)

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bills. Tom Emery seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

The village is looking for a back-up person for snow removal.

New Business

Sarah Smith shared that $50,000.00 from a grant had been awarded to Van Wert County. The money will be used to erect a building for county offices. She also discussed and asked for input of ideas for future projects that will bring people into Van Wert County.

Robert Louth moved for adjournment.

Gloria Leiter seconded the motion.
