Village of Venedocia
Venedocia Lions Club July 7, 2014
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler. The following council members were present: Tom Emery, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Paul Price, and Christina Young. James Grant was also in attendance.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
A discussion was held concerning the state of the Martin Delbert property.
New Business
A motion was made by Paul Price to pay Randy Koenig the annual fee of $100 for the electricity to the village siren. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion passed.
After a review of the proposed 2015 budget, Paul Price moved to accept it as prepared by the fiscal officer. Christina Young seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with a unanimous ‘yes’ vote indicated. Motion passed.
Village resident, James Grant, spoke to council about the declining shape of the tractor with which he uses to mow. He feels that a much newer mower sufficient for the job could be purchased for $4000-$6000. A search for a new mower will take place later this year, to be used next season.
Robert Louth moved for adjournment.
Tom Emery seconded the motion.
