Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club September 4, 2014

The meeting was called to order by President of Council, Robert Louth. The following council members were present: Tom Emery, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Paul Price, and Christina Young.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

James Grant $162.03 (#4945)

Jennifer Pugh $285.90 (#4946)

Ace Hardware $45.98 (#4947)

AEP $30.43 (voucher)

OPERS $78.00 (voucher)

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Pugh read the Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying them to the County Auditor. Gloria Leiter moved to accept said resolution. Lee Lare seconded the vote. A roll-call vote was taken. A unanimous ‘yes’ vote was given. Motion carried.

New Business

There was no new business to discuss at this time.

Paul Price moved for adjournment.

Christina Young seconded the motion.

Meeting adjourned.
