Regular Council Meeting
December 7, 2015 6:00 p.m.
The December council meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler. The following council members were present: Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Tom Emery, Paul Price, and Christina Young. Also in attendance were Jim Grant, Doug Price and Cindy Davis, Notary Public.
The oath of office of village council was given to Doug Price by Mayor Eutsler to fill Councilman Lare’s term which consists of 2016 and 2017.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Tom Emery moved to pay all bills. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
Mayor Eutsler took a moment to thank Robert Louth and Lee Lare for their many years of service to the village. In return, the council thanked Mayor Eutsler for his time, as well.
Jen Pugh
shared an email received by Craig Knapke. The council asked her to
invite Mr. Knapke to a future council meeting to explain the next
steps of potential grant opportunities for the village.
New Business
Gloria Leiter will contact Judge Jill Leatherman to give the oath of office to new members next meeting.
Mayor Eutsler appointed Tom Bigham as the zoning director for the village for the next calendar year.
It was mentioned that the Christmas lights have been put up by the Lions Club-Thank you! And Santa Claus will be at the Lions Club on December 13th at 2:00.
Paul Price moved to appoint Jen Pugh as fiscal officer for 2016. A roll-call vote was taken with the following results:

Motion passed.
At 6:18 p.m. Young moved for adjournment. The next meeting will January 4, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. Meeting adjourned.
