Regular Council Meeting

February 4, 2019

The February council meeting was called to order by the previous president of council with the following council members present: Doug Price, Margie Clement, Gloria Leiter, and Tom Emery.

Gloria Leiter moved to appoint Paul Price as president of council for the 2019 year. Margie Clement seconded the motion. Motion passed.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Doug Price moved to pay all bills. Margie Clement seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Pugh read Resolution 2019-1, a resolution to provide for the employment of a village solicitor, from Scott Gordon. Doug Price moved to accept the resolution. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

New Business

Margie Clement moved to pay Vernon Hobbs Construction, LTD $630.00 for the nine hours of snow removal when an invoice has been submitted. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion passed. (Check #5291 sent on 2/5/19)

At 6:50 p.m. Margie Clement moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.

The next meeting will be changed to Monday, March 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
