Regular Council Meeting
June 10, 2019
The June council meeting was called to order by President of Council, Paul Price, with the following council members present: Margie Clement, Gloria Leiter, Tom Emery, and Doug Price. Craig Knapke was also in attendance.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bills. Tom Emery seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
Craig Knapke from Access Engineering reported that PAB Construction is finished with the street project, and ODOT should be starting their project soon. Doug Price moved to accept the project as complete, and Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion passed. Knapke stated that there is a one-year maintenance bond that began on May 7, 2019.
Margie Clement moved to approve the change order of the original contract by $30. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Doug Price moved to accept the pay request of each of the following (Grant Money):
PAB Construction: $61,504.14,
Freisthler Paving: $33,300.64, and
Access Engineering: $8,750.00.
Margie Clement seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with a unanimous ‘yes’ vote indicated. Motion passed.
New Business
Pugh presented the proposed 2020 Budget to the council. Paul Price moved to accept the budget as prepared. A roll-call vote was taken with a unanimous ‘yes’ vote given. Motion passed.
At 7:02 p.m. Doug Price moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.
The next meeting will be Monday, July 1, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
