Ordinance 2008-4

An Ordinance changing the existing alley running east to west between Main and Evans Streets and north of in lot 39, south of in lots 60 and 40

to Young Street.

Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Venedocia, State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected concurring there-to:

Section l: This council finds that June 2008 council minutes contain a request from Jay and Christina Young to name said alley as a street.

Section ll: Council finds that this request is in good cause for naming this alley as a street and it will not be detrimental to the general interests of the residents of said village.

Section lll: Council has been granted permission by the Van Wert County Engineers Office to name said alley as a street.

Section lV: That the alley running east and west between Main and Evans Streets, north of in lot 39, south of in lots 60 and 40 be named as Young Street.

Section V: The action of this council in changing said alley to Young Street will be recorded in the office of the recorder of Van Wert County and a copy of this ordinance be sent to the Van Wert County Engineers’ Office.

Section Vl: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after this day of passage.
